Designed around restoration, movement, contrast, and sensory detail, the wellness experience at One University Circle gives residents dedicated spaces to support both daily fitness and deeper recovery. The 2,800-square-foot 24-hour fitness center offers a convenient setting for strength training, cardio, and everyday workouts, while the adjacent contrast therapy spa introduces a more immersive approach to restoration. The spa includes a sauna constructed from Alaskan Yellow Cedar, a hydration station, a custom logo fountain that brings the calming sound of running water into the room, and an Aquaform LIBERA experiential shower developed in Milan, Italy. Co-designed by Ecotone, a bespoke contrast therapy spa designer based in New York City, the spa centers on alternating hot and cold elements for a distinctive renewal experience.
